The idea is simple: everything you prep, cook and store your food with should be made from materials you can actually trust, and should look like it belongs together on your counter.

Commercially pure titanium, food-grade stainless steel, solid hardwood, and food-grade silicone — chosen per product for what that tool actually needs to do. No mystery plastics and no coatings on any surface that touches food.

There is no fluorinated non-stick coating on any OMEGA food-contact surface, so the coating chemistry many families are trying to avoid simply isn’t there. Titanium, stainless steel and food-grade silicone are valued for being stable and non-reactive. As with any kitchenware, use it as directed and avoid needlessly overheating an empty pan.

Most OMEGA accessories are dishwasher safe, though hand washing keeps them looking their best for longer. Wooden pieces should be hand washed and dried, with a little food-safe oil now and then. Product-specific care is listed on each product page under Care & Use.

Yes. Every OMEGA product is designed within the same system — shared shapes, finishes and details — so your knives, boards, cookware and accessories look like a set, not a random drawer.
